Cor Anglais Neck Strap (Elastic)

I have a slightly longer Haworth Cor Anglais and I haven’t worked out a way to lengthen it. I also can’t work out how to add the small leather piece at the hook and there were no instructions. Despite that I am finding the strap useful and it looks durable
